Our History

AFTER A SUCCESSFUL 27 YEAR CAREER IN THE NAVY, CAPTAIN ROCK TEAGUE OPENED ROCK’S CAROLINA FURNITURE IN 1994.

Having been born and raised in Thomasville, North Carolina, it was an easy transition to an industry he knew well. Rock has officially retired and passed the business on to his youngest of 4 sons, Patrick. Patrick has successfully expanded the business to a new location in the Chimney Hill Shopping Center in the heart of Virginia Beach. With Patrick at the reigns, Rock’s is still the same family owned and operated business it was 23 years ago with great selection and customer service.
